What is pwa++?
pwa++ is a software package written to perform partial wave analysis. It was designed to handle any type of amplitudes, including covariant tensor formalisms. pwa++ is also quite flexible in what types of data it can fit. For more info on what this package can do (and how to use it), see the Road Map site.
The bulk of the code is written in C/C++ and Ruby, there are also a few scripts written in Perl. It is recomended that you have Ruby version 1.8 or higher installed.

What is being done with pwa++?
The Carnegie Mellon University partial wave analysis group is using it to study a number of channels in CLAS data. Visit http://www-meg.phys.cmu.edu/pwa for more info on our program.
